Simon’s Agency's COO, Tim Buckles participated in ACA International's Washington Insights Fly-In May 14-16, 2019.  Tim joined nearly 100 collection agency representatives from around the country in Washington, DC to share the points of pain that many of these agencies are currently dealing with.  Tim introduced a round table discussion by describing Simon's own advocacy efforts with regard to stringent and often-times contradictory rules and regulations for the industry.

Simon’s Agency will be hosting its second annual volunteer day on Saturday, November 10th at the Samaritan Center located at 215 North State Street (formerly St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church).  Leading up to this we will be collecting items to give to the Samaritan Center and will drop them when we go.  If you would like to donate any items you can mail them to:  Simon’s Agency, Inc., c/o John Viggiano, 4963 Wintersweet Drive, Liverpool, NY 13088.  You may also drop items to Simon’s Monday through Friday by appointment. CHICAGO, IL – The Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) recently reviewed Simon’s Agency's Debt Collection Services using the Peer Review process. After undergoing the rigorous review, Simon’s Agency’s Debt Collection Services for Healthcare has been awarded the “Peer Reviewed by HFMA^®” designation.

Simon's was recently recognized by CenterState CEO as a Business of the Year finalist in the "Less than 50 Employees" category.  Robert Simpson, President and CEO of CenterState CEO, notified members via email, "Today, it is my pleasure to recognize our Business of the Year finalists for their outstanding achievements over the past year.  These finalists were selected from a competitive pool of more than 50 businesses nominated for this honor. This high caliber slate of nominees made for a very competitive process."

Simon’s Agency was recently accepted as a member of ACA International (The Association of Credit and Collections Professionals) as well as its New York affiliate, NYSCA (New York State Collectors Association).  It is with a great sense of pride that we take this next step in elevating our presence to a national level by working with these organizations to improve our ability to compete at a national level and deliver the best service we can for both our clients and the consumers we work with.  Our organization will be able to take advantage of instructional courses and certifications for our employees as well as participating in lobbying and legislative efforts for our industry.
