Call Center Representative

We also provide full hands-on training with ongoing mentoring after a 90-day review with your direct supervisor.  Training will include computer system operation, communications techniques, customer service strategies as well as specific nuances related to your actual job function for the clients and consumers you will serve.

Expectations:

  • Consistently provide friendly, genuine and helpful customer service.
  • Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers in making payments.
  • Answer basic questions posed by consumers.
  • Demonstrate excellent listening skills, patience and ability to type notes and conversation recaps.
  • Exhibit the ability to work with teams and department wide goals.

Ideal candidate will:

  • Be self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Pay strong attention to detail and possesses the ability to multitask.
  • Possess friendly and open communication skills (strong typing skills are a must).
  • Possess a strong command of the English language (multilingual a strong plus).
  • Possess previous call center and/or customer service experience which is highly recommended and looked upon favorably.

Expectations:

  • Exhibiting excellent communications skills with the ability to manage conversations quickly.
  • Ability to empathize with consumers who may be having a hard time and the commitment to guide them to a reasonable resolution.
  • The ability to work through a variety of backgrounds, personalities, and scenarios that will present themselves.
  • Ability to manage call queues and debtor portfolios.
  • Placing phone calls to patients and consumers and negotiating with these individuals to achieve appropriate payment arrangements.
  • Meticulous note-keeping for individual accounts.
  • Ability to answer basic questions regarding patient and consumer bills.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulations (FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA).

Ideal candidate will:

  • Be self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Pay strong attention to detail and possesses the ability to multitask.
  • Possess friendly and open communication skills.
  • Quickly comprehend and summarize account notes.
  • Have the ability to negotiate with consumers and patients.
  • Possess a strong command of the English language. Multilingual is a strong asset.
  • Possess previous call center experience, basic working knowledge of business software, and solid typing skills.
  • Possess 2 or more years of collection experience.
