Simon's also empowers its clients to work independently using its placement and reporting tool - Simon's Client Access Web online portal (CAW), a secure online resource that provides each client complete transparency with Simon's services. Simon's also hosts a monthly webinar that can be attended in person or online to address changes and upgrades with CAW as well as client questions and concerns. Simon's also offers individualized introductions to the system for first-time clients or anyone that needs a refresher course along the way.
